Eggholic will bring vegetarian Indian street food to the metroplex next month

Eggholic an Indian street food chain that serves up a bevy of egg-based dishes, many of them vegetarian, is set to open in Irving next month. The restaurant was inspired by the family’s weekly “egg nights” back in India, and serves dishes similar to those found on Indian street carts, like cheese katori (boiled egg filled with spices and cheese), lachko (green bell pepper with cheese and runny eggs), grilled egg sandwiches, omelets, and egg-based curries.
